The Art Collection

Inherited from the time of the crusades, the tradition of hospitality at La Commanderie de Peyrassol is particularly heartfelt. The Provençal ‘verrines’ at the Bistrot de Lou and the refined dishes of the “Chez Jeannette” restaurant are prepared with seasonal produce from the estate’s vegetable garden and organic farm.
Rooms furnished in a charming Provençal style welcome visitors at the heart of Peyrassol, such as the ancient and authentic La Rouvière hunting lodge.
