Natural and sweet, Tourmaline is produced in 3 colours. Being made from a late harvest, the proccess of 'mutage' and maturing in barrels bring a complexity and clean balance to this aperitif or dessert wine, which is typical of the Peyrassol wines. A Provencal exception, Tourmaline rosé is a nice accompaniment as a cool aperitif as well as its usage in certain recipes, for example a fruit salad.
