Benefiting from a clay-limestone soil and a greater than 40% stoniness, Peyrassol develops great wines that have their harmony and delicacy associated with an exceptional terroir of carefully selected grapes.

The estate of Peyrassol is 330 m above sea level on land directly from the weathering of rock in place. This rock dates from Middle Triassic, that is to say the first part of the Mesozoic era. Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tibouren, merlot, Rolle, Ugni Blanc, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Clairette, Viognier and Muscat white were carefully selected to be in perfect harmony with the climate.

"La Commanderie de Peyrassol", nestled in the foothills of the "Massif des Maures", extends over 850 hectares. With these 80 hectares of vineyards, olive groves those with more than 2500 trees, the truffle hunting and park of 350 hectares, the estate is among the largest in the region.
